2 hours tonight
Time is moving inordinately slow this evening while I wait for the special 2 hour 24. *taps foot impatiently*
Not tonight but maybe for next week I might try liveblogging during the show. Posting during commercials or something. It might not be as fun watching the show though if I have to write during it... Hmmmm.. Maybe I'll just test it and see if it sucks.

So difficult to comment right now: Edgar's dead. There Chloe stood at the end, leaning up against the sealed window, filled with tearful silence as she witnessed Edgar's painful struggle, unable to reach out to him, grasping what will happen, as she always does . . . sad.
Edgar? Horrid, is no one safe? Are we, the viewers, next?
Maybe so . . . be on alert! Some of the bewildering comments from Melia's fans suggest that mind-altering nerve gas somehow may have already seeped out of CTU through cable TV directly into viewers' homes.
Poor Jack. Now it's Kim's turn to treat him like leftover Chetnya stew. Seems like Jack's stuck with non-forgiving women who never get past his one minor weakness: to freak'n save the world. But not so with the actual male jerks: the ever-pathetic President Logans always manage to find forgiving Marthas, and even the wretched likes of harry-gassing Hendersons get the in-denial Miriams. Maybe the 24-women know, if necessary Jack will shoot them . . . but hey, at least he'll miss the knee caps, tear up his handkerchief, and call an ambulance. That's kind of thoughtful, isn't it?
Chloe's definitely the only consistently smart 24-female. Now that there's no hope for a Chloe-Edgar matchup, maybe Jack should hook up with her. Seriously. Together they would be unstoppable: she lightning fast on the computer with snappy comebacks, and he quick on the draw and instantaneously decisive--a connection almost holy, J-C and the CTU gang.
