An Inward Journey
According to Kiefer:
"We've had five years of him saving a large thing. This one's much more about him saving his own ass. He'll go from being the one who hunts people down to the one who's being hunted, so that in itself turns the show around" says Sutherland. [Link]
This should be interesting. And with the addition of Janoscz - I mean Peter MacNicol as possibly the latest tightly-wound, beaurocratic desk weasel, S6 is shaping up to be pretty good!

that could make for a very good (and very different) season
I guess season 6 will have to be inward looking. Jack's list of friends can largely be found in the morgue (Tony, Michelle, etc). Chloe will of course lend offsite support along with Bill and Karen. The only person that could physically help Jack is Curtis unless Chase resurfaces or if Tony is brought back from the dead.
sounds interesting
sidenote - David Wright from the New York Mets is awesome. Not only is he a nice guy and great baseball player (i met him) but his favorite show is 24! :) watch
