A friend of mine innocuously told me yesterday he heard Eddie Izzard will be on 24 next season. He has never watched 24 but knows I'm a fan of both and so naturally I thought he was yanking my chain.
Then my best friend pointed me to this:
"Also on tap to play another accented nefarious sort is British actor-comedian Eddie Izzard, who will presumably be appearing in men's clothing." [LINK]
Getthefuckouttahere.
It's funny to me because there was a time when people on the Intertubes (TM Wil Wheaton) made appearance comparisons between Izzard and Kiefer, saying they could have been separated at birth even.
Now he'll get the chance to try and kill Kiefer apparently.
And we'll get to meet Jack's estranged father, Phillip. Hmmmmm....
