Hi.
I hope the fic is going over well. There's just a few more chapters left and after that.... OMG it will almost be time for the new season to kick off.
Is it me or did the wait time seem harder this year? 8 months is a long, painful way to go for a Jack fix. I've got my Season 5's and we devoured them (mmmm tasty DVD goodness!) so quickly only to be left with a gaping hole where Jack fit in.
So what have you, dear reader, been doing in the off time? Have you become addicted to another show? Did you perhaps take a vacation in an effort to kill time? Read any good books lately?

As for me, I'll admit it - I got hooked on another show. A few of them actually. This fall was pretty good for some decent shows. Heroes' Hiro is a house favourite. Anyone who can get so excited over waffles is destined to become beloved at my house. Checking out Skeet in Jericho has been fun - well as fun as a show about an apocalypse can be.
And... (I blame Netflix for this, I really do) I umm.. Sort of.. Kind of... startedwatchingBuffytheVampireSlayer. Three years too late I know, but hey I didn't love Firely until after it was cancelled either. I'm weird like that. You're lucky I copped on to 24 in time.
Before you look at me funny I only have one word: Spike. In the name of all that is unholy and damned, that is one cool vampire. Not since a beautifully-mulleted Kiefer Sutherland in Santa Cruz have I been so taken by a vamp. Yum-my.
So yes, I love Buffy. I'm about to begin watching "Angel" because I hear Spike makes some appearances :) I'd like to hug the creators of Netflix (and then slap them for feeding my addictions.)
But enough about me. What about you?

I admit, I haven't been reading the fiction. I'm sure it's lovely. But I have 1169 unread updates in bloglines and there is just NO WAY. :)
Let's see... since May I watched the entire series Charmed (is that better or worse than Buffy?), also got hooked on Heros, also watch Jericho, and I'm due with a baby in May. Luckily we got DVR because if I'm giving birth on a 24 night we were going to have serious problems!
Hey, 24 and Heros won't conflict will they? I can record 2 shows at once, thank goodness.
During these 8 months (was that so long? OMG...) I had exam session (passed), had been rewatching 24 seasons 3 and 4 (I have my own 24-related blog, so I put recaps there and make people happy ;) - it's in Polish, "zone24"... :) ), been watching the first season of "Lost" (I didn't fell in love with this, but it's quite watch-able), was writing fan-fictions, had practice in hospital (as a dentistry student...), was working, attending driving course... It was busy time. :)
