A little pimping
Two things I want to mention before tonight's recap that have absolutely SFA to do with 24.
One - Did you guys check out "Drive" last night? I totally dug it. Admittedly, the premise isn't really one I would have been interested in under normal circumstances, but the creators ("Angel" and "Firefly" alum, Tim Minear included) had the good sense to cast Nathon Fillion as one of the leads. It's good to see Captain Tightpants on the small screen again and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of "Drive." So now my Mondays are gonna rock with "Drive" and "24" back-to-back :)
Two - I need some help on something and since I get pretty good traffic on this site I'm throwing this out there in the hopes that someone out there on the Intertubes can help. On my personal blog, I put up a screencap of a Hopper-esque painting/picture I saw on "Angel." I really love the picture and would dearly love to buy it - but I don't know what or who did it. It's not Hopper in fact - I have a book of Hopper's stuff and it's not in there but it looks like something in that style. Anyway take a look at the screencap - it's in the right column towards the top under 'Help me out here.' Any help tracking it down from you fabulous folks would be mucho appreciated.
Check back about 45 minutes after the show tonight for my recap :)
