Diary of a madly addicted 24 fan
I was poking around in my stats, because I am a stats whore, and found a referral link to 24fans.com. My link there says, "US Blog, no longer a place for spoilers. More of a diary of a madly addicted 24 fan." Not really sure how to take that.
I guess that's ok. Makes me sound kind of sad tho eh? What kind of person starts up a blog for a TV show if they aren't "madly addicted?" I'll tell you who - one who loves a show but can't find anyone else she knows IRL to discuss it with.
Admittedly, when I started this place up a few years ago, 'madly addicted' was totally accurate :) Could not get enough of it. Three years on some of that enthusiasm has waned a fraction of a bit. But not enough to make me give up the site or Tivo the show instead of enjoying that delicious sense of anticipation waiting for the premiere.
So I'm going to take 24fans.com's description of my site as a compliment. 24 is a show worthy of mad addiction. I do dispute the spoiler comment though. I never have done spoilers except for *after* a show aired in the states. Anyone who stops by here regularly knows that I'm the one who jams her fingers in her ears and goes, "La la la la la" until a spoilery ad on FOX is done. Hate spoilers. But the show is fair game once it airs.
But I've never been the place to go if you want to know what's going to happen next week. I don't have a network of moles infiltrating Jon Cassar's office or anything :)
Anyway, three days to go!!
